Brightside moves to new Bristol offices
Aust-based Brightside Group, one of the fastest-growing insurance broking and financial services businesses in the UK, has taken 18,793 sq. ft. at Lysander House Cribbs Causeway.
Lysander House was developed by Terramond Limited on the site of the former Harry Ramsden fish and chip restaurant.
Brightside which recently celebrated its’ 10th anniversary, is one of the UK’s top 20 insurance companies and is valued at £150 million. Brightside sells insurance for homes, vans, bikes, life and business. The firm employs 130 people.
John Gannon, commercial director and co-founder of Brightside said “Brightside has come a long way since we started our business in Thornbury ten years ago, but I am pleased that we are able to secure our future in North Bristol, and I am sure that Lysander House will be a platform for further successes.”
Huw Thomas, director, Terramond says “Lysander House is North Bristol’s greenest office building with a BREEAM rating of Excellent. We are delighted that a dynamic business such as Brightside has chosen our building to meet its’ growth ambitions.”
