Environmental Lean Solutions Ltd is a UK based consultancy company specialising in gaining the synergistic benefits of implementing Lean/Kaizen philosophy with that of carbon/energy footprint reduction and waste management techniques.

Our approach is to work with organisations to develop a learning culture. We work to embed a continuous improvement (lean) expertise that delivers bottom line business and environmental benefits.  A key philosophy that underpins our approach enables the alignment of business development with Corporate Social Responsibility.

Maximum benefit is achieved by incorporating environmental change into an organisation’s wider change programme in order to see the business in a more holistic way and drive business benefit accordingly.

Our goal is also to break the stereotype that lean/continuous improvement can only be for the benefit of manufacturing companies and to demonstrate the positive impact that well applied lean tools can have on any organisation.

Our team of consultants are of the highest calibre, each having a wealth of practical, hands on experience of both designing change programmes & of implementing them to the greatest effect.

Our client base consists of major corporate entities with whom we have long standing relationships, public sector bodies and we are currently in the process of helping a number of SME’s with their recession recovery planning process.

Number of Staff

Environmental Lean Solutions currently consists of a team of 17 but we are looking to expand that in 2010.
